Viewings and New Bookings

Viewings

We are happy to show the Centre, rooms and facilities if you want to see them before making a booking. Please contact us using the details below to arrange a viewing.

Deposit

We require a £50 returnable deposit in addition to the hire fee held in case of extra expenses incurred due to the hire. This is returned after the hire if all is well.

Prices

  • Main Hall: £12.00 per hour
  • Meeting Room: £15.00 per morning/afternoon/evening session (but not available currently to stay COVID-secure)

One-off (non-regular) bookings need to pay their hire fee in advance of their hire. If you wish to cancel a booking, please kindly give us 24 hours’ notice; we may retain the value of the hire fee if no notice is given, as any unused bookings will have prevented someone else from using Exwick Community Centre.

Regular bookings are invoiced for their entire month’s use at the start of the following calendar month.

In order to book Exwick Community Centre, please complete the booking form found on the links below and email it to exwick@inclusiveexeter.org.uk – as Centre staff are working from home at times due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we prefer that you email your completed form rather than post it.

You can check availability using the calendar on the Existing Bookings page, where current bookings are shown – times outside of these should be available to book. If you have any queries or think that you have booked the centre and it is not shown please contact us on 07307 725111 or exwick@inclusiveexeter.org.uk so we can check for you.
