Exwick Community Centre has two rooms available for people to hire, which are described below. There is an accessible toilet with baby changing facilities downstairs, a lift and stairs going to the main Centre upstairs, and ladies and gents toilets. The whole building has underfloor heating. There is a small car park, consisting of 8 bays, outside at the front which we share with our neighbours at Costcutter.
The Main Hall can accommodate around 100 people (currently 25 due to social distancing). It is normally suitable for conferences, fitness and dance activities, medium to large gatherings, private functions and other activities requiring large open space. However, activities must be permitted given current Government guidelines due to COVID-19. It has wooden flooring. There are tables and chairs that those hiring are welcome to use, and set up the hall in the way that best suits their activity.
Adjacent to the Main Hall is a communal kitchen and servery, which users of the Main Hall have priority to use. The kitchen and servery are equipped with a range of crockery, two kettles, a hot water urn, microwave and electric cooker for the convenience of those hiring. The kitchen and servery are available to use at no extra cost.

The Meeting Room is ideal for groups of around 10-15 people. It is suitable for small meetings, small group teaching and learning, training, private functions and other activities requiring smaller space. It has a whiteboard and carpet flooring, as well as electric sockets to plug in laptops and other electrical equipment.
Additional chairs and tables can be borrowed from the Main Hall provided they are available (Main Hall users have priority) to set up the Meeting Room in the way that best suits the activity of those hiring it.
Users of the Meeting Room are welcome to use the communal kitchen and servery, equipped with a range of crockery, two kettles, a hot water urn, microwave and electric cooker for convenience, at no extra cost. However, priority of using the kitchen and servery goes to anyone hiring the Main Hall at the same time.
