Our photo shows Jill and Sonya, two of the volunteers at our English Conversation Group, held 12.30 – 1.30 pm on Thursday at the Southernhay URC Church, Dix’s Field, Exeter, EX1 1QA.
Jill , Sonya and Dan really enjoy chatting with people whose first language is not English, learning about their cultures and answering questions about the British way of life with all its little peculiarities!
There’s no charge to join the group (though a £1 donation to the Mint for tea/coffee/biscuit is appreciated) so come along and have a chat. You can even ask about the weather, if you like!
